Welcome to the Ludlow Arms!
As is evident from the large courtyard doors, the Ludlow Arms is an old coaching inn. When we can eventualy find records that stretch back far enough, we will let you know exactly how old it is! We believe that it is one of only two Freehold pubs in Westbury to still be family owned and run, and has been so for the last 10 years.
First and foremost, we are a pub. We are not a restaurant, although our food competes with many! Our customers tell us that we produce amongst the best food in town, and certainly offer the best value for money! We always stock two Real Ales, and a great range of lagers, bottles, spirits and all the things you would expect to find in a good pub! Having said that, none of this is what we are really about! What we try very hard to do, is provide the friendliest, most welcoming atmosphere, with the highest standards. We really want you to enjoy your visit; either to meet your friends, or make new ones.
Some pubs can be a bit of a chameleon. We’re a lot of a chameleon! You can enjoy a quiet drink or meal, or perhaps do a crossword with us (provided the landlord hasn’t already finished it!), feel free to cheer on our fanatically competitive and successful pool teams, or laugh into the night and enjoy the music! There’s lots happening, and lots of choice. We hope you will enjoy navigating your way around all of that - as well as this site!

We always open at 12 noon, and remain so until 11pm Monday to Wednesday, 12 midnight Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and 10:30pm on Sunday. See you at the Ludlow!
